There is no separate SDK for Reader. Are you trying to develop plug-ins without owning Acrobat? You will need Acrobat to do the development.
Why would I need Acrobat? I have Adobe Reader, Adobe SDK and MS Visual Studio - isn't this enough?
I used Adobe's Wizard to create a new plug-in for the Reader project. It compiled an linked OK, got loaded OK, but in 3-4 seconds I am getting an error message:
"Invalid plugin detected. Adobe Reader will quit."
Obviously, I am missing something - that is why I was trying to follow one of the examples. Are any of them specifically for the Reader? I tried WebLinkDemo (as I want to handle the links) and Starter (well, because I wanted to start somehow).
