Creating a certificate programmatically to use within DocSign

I am currently developing a Plug-In for Acrobat Pro to be used for our company to use locally.  It will be used to programmatically create an electronic signature and certificate that uses the log-in username.  It then exports the certificate to a server location(if the server location doesnt already contain that users certificate).  Basically I want User1 to review doc, sign doc, and then send doc to User2.  User2 then reviews doc, signs doc, and then issues the document.  The reason I am creating the plug-in is so that 1) there will not have to be any training to setup an electronic signature, 2) so that everyone has the same looking signature using ones username, 3) so that the signatures then all verify against the server location so that once User1 sends the doc to User2, User1's signature is valid when User2 opens the document.   I have been able to create a custom appearence programmatically using the username, but the certificate is hardcoded as John Doe within the DocSign SDK example.   I have not been able to find any way to create a PKCS#12 digital ID file when the user opens Acrobat Pro and then export it to the server location.  Any ideas or am i going about this the completely wrong way?  Thanks for all the help!
