I have developed a custom Acrobat plugin using Adobe Acrobat SDK 10.0 and it is not loading on certain machines from Dell. Acrobat Std was preloaded by Dell. We have tried installing Acrobat XI Pro and it doesn't resolve the problem.
I've verified the following conditions are true
- myplugin does not load at all. No DLL entry points are called. Verified in debugger
- all DLLs required by the plugin are installed and no error messages about missing DLLs occur
- Acrobat preferences allow
- non-certified plugins to load (Acrobat prefs show it's in certified mode)
- enhanced security mode is disabled
- plugin does not use ADM (Sweetpea)
- user has admin privileges
- no Acrobat Enterprise deployment restrictions have been enabled
Does anyone have any suggestions on what else to check?
